Suzanna started her real estate career in 2012 earning Rookie of the Year for sales volume. Since then, Suzanna has continued to help people with their real estate investments and needs. In addition, Suzanna runs her own real estate investment company buying and renovating homes in the Olde Towne East area of Columbus. In her own words, Suzanna explains the importance of real estate in her life - “As a kid growing up in a farming community in northern Ohio, I lived with my family in an old Victorian home. I would dream of finding new rooms in the house and exploring them. My great grandmother also lived in an old Victorian, and we loved playing with our cousins there as kids. As soon as I graduated from Ohio State, I made it a priority to become a homeowner. I imagined buying a beautiful old Victorian like the ones I loved, but could only afford a 1970s split level, which was fine for a busy professional - not as many projects! After learning more about the different neighborhoods in Columbus, I saw the potential in the old homes in Olde Towne East.” Now 10 years and over 30 renovations later, Suzanna lives and works in the downtown Columbus area, but still helps clients in the suburbs. As a longtime resident of Upper Arlington, Suzanna saw her kids benefit from the great communities in Columbus, and experienced first hand the importance of the quality school systems. One client who recently bought in Gahanna, texted recently thanking Suzanna for her help navigating the bidding wars, and finding a home in the hottest market in the country in 2024 according to realtor.com. Suzanna says, “It's hard work for sure, but the results are worth the effort! Everyone dreams of owning a home that they will love.”
