MDC manages condos and townhomes downtown and in the Short North, German Village, Grandview, and suburban condo communities for the same flat fee we charge on houses: $95/month Essential or 45/month Premium. An optional HOA liaison service is 5/month and covers association communication, rule compliance, and move-in/move-out coordination.
