MDC manages condos and townhomes downtown and in the Short North, German Village, Grandview, and suburban condo communities for the same flat fee we charge on houses: 20/month Essential or 65/month Premium. On Premium, HOA coordination and dues payment are included — association communication, rule compliance, and move-in/move-out coordination.
