MDC prices 2–4 unit buildings per occupied unit: $85/unit/month on Essential and 35/unit/month on Premium, a 0/unit discount off our single-home rates. A duplex on Premium is $270/month total. Vacant units are never billed, one $300 maintenance reserve covers the whole property, and buildings over four units move to portfolio pricing.
